Product Application:
Widely used in packaging, logistics, construction, advertising, electronic lining, industrial partition and luggage inner lining fields. Specially optimized for luggage industry supporting materials, the PP/PC/ABS honeycomb sheets produced by this line feature ultra-light weight, excellent shock absorption, pressure resistance, high toughness and good flexibility. They are professional core materials for all kinds of luggage inner accessories, including hard shell luggage inner lining, travel case inner support board, cosmetic case buffer lining, tool case shockproof lining and luggage shaping lining. The sheets can effectively support luggage shape, resist extrusion and impact damage, reduce overall luggage weight, and solve the problems of easy deformation and poor shock resistance of traditional luggage lining materials.

1. Complete Line Composition & Working Principle

1.1 Automatic Vacuum Feeding System

Equipped with vacuum blower, material storage hopper, conveying pipeline, material level sensor and dust removal filter device. It realizes fully automatic quantitative feeding for PP, PC and ABS raw materials. The system starts and stops automatically according to the material level, effectively avoiding material breakage and material bridging. It supports mixed conveying of masterbatch, calcium carbonate filler and functional additives, with stable feeding and low dust pollution. The whole system is interlocked with the main extruder to ensure synchronous production operation.

1.2 SJ90 Single Screw Extruder (Core Host)

Adopts Φ90mm screw diameter with 36:1 length-diameter ratio. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with integral nitriding heat treatment, featuring high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The segmented exhaust structure effectively removes moisture and volatile impurities in PP, PC and ABS materials, eliminating bubble and collapse defects of the honeycomb sheet.
Configured with 75kW frequency conversion main motor and heavy-duty hard tooth surface reducer, realizing stable and energy-saving power output. Multi-section PID precise temperature control system adapts to the molding temperature requirements of different raw materials: 190-230℃ for PP, 210-250℃ for ABS, 240-285℃ for PC, with temperature control accuracy within ±1℃.
Matched with hydraulic non-stop screen changer and melt metering pump. The screen changer realizes fast screen replacement without shutting down to filter impurities in recycled materials. The melt pump stabilizes extrusion pressure, ensures uniform discharging of PP, PC and ABS melts, and guarantees consistent wall thickness of honeycomb grid ribs.
Equipped with special multi-purpose honeycomb die head. The optimized internal flow channel adapts to low-viscosity PP, medium-viscosity ABS and high-viscosity PC melts. The square honeycomb structure can be stably formed by fine-tuning process parameters, and different honeycomb specifications can be switched quickly.

1.3 3000mm Vacuum Cooling Calibration Table

The total effective cooling and shaping length is 3 meters, with carbon steel spray-painted frame and stainless steel shaping platform. It is designed with segmented independent vacuum cabins and closed circulating water cooling system. After being extruded from the die head, the high-temperature honeycomb sheet is closely adsorbed on the shaping surface through negative vacuum pressure, and is rapidly and evenly cooled and shaped by circulating water.
The vacuum degree and water circulation flow can be adjusted independently in sections, which perfectly solves the problems of sheet warping, grid collapse and uneven flatness during the molding process of PP, PC and ABS multi-materials. It ensures that the honeycomb cavity is full, regular and stable in size.

1.4 1500mm Caterpillar Haul-off Machine

The effective clamping and traction length is 1.5 meters, adopting upper and lower double-row rubber caterpillar clamping structure. The widened wear-resistant rubber track ensures uniform stress on the sheet surface without crushing or scratching the honeycomb structure. Equipped with independent frequency conversion speed regulation system, the running speed is interlocked and synchronized with the main extruder and cutting machine.
The gap between the upper and lower tracks is electrically adjustable, adapting to the production of multi-thickness honeycomb sheets. It provides stable and constant traction force to ensure uniform sheet thickness and consistent production line speed, avoiding sheet stretching and deformation.

1.5 Saw Cutting Machine

Adopts high-speed follow-up cutting technology, realizing non-stop online flying cutting. Equipped with side trimming blades to automatically remove burrs on both sides of the sheet. The cutting length is intelligently set by PLC, with a cutting precision error within ±1mm.
It is compatible with cutting requirements of PP, PC, ABS honeycomb sheets of different thicknesses and widths. The cutting section is flat and smooth without burrs. Equipped with a simple blanking rack, the finished sheets can slide down and stack automatically for convenient collection.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.

Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
